How long does it take to process my order?

Every item is carefully made with attention and care. Production time depends on the number of items in your order, but in most cases, orders are made the same day they are placed and shipped out the following business day.

During busy periods, production may take an additional 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation so you know it’s on the way!

If you ever need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing it and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped. Please note that once a package is in transit, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If your order arrives damaged, please email me at mentallykrafty@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order details.

I will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. I want to make sure you receive your product in perfect condition and feel good about your purchase.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to make things right. Because many items are handmade, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If your item has not yet been shipped, I will gladly help update or cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you accept custom orders?

I love bringing meaningful ideas to life. If you have a custom request, feel free to email me with the details, and we can discuss options and availability.
